My unbiased opinion is that these are the absolute bagels in New Jersey. If I show up to your house and you have bagels from another place, I am 100% judging you and not eating that dough, respectfully. 🙂
The rosemary is my absolute favorite – today I was in the mood for it with lox, but usually I get it with the kalamata olive cream cheese. Yes, another delightful combo. There is nothing like sinking your teeth into the crisp, savory, olive oil, a little bit salty bagel. Your senses will start to swirl and you’ll be oohing and mmmmming until it’s gone! I swear by it.
